Jarrison Time allows for most of its screens, forms, and field names to be customized via a .xls file import. To enable alternative languages, goo to ‘System Configuration’ Language tab and tick ‘Use Alternate Language’.

Then click ‘Check for available Language Packs’ and select a pack to download, then click the ‘Download’ button. Once a pack has been downloaded it can be imported and used.

To import languages, go to the ‘Language’ option under ‘Setup’.

After downloading a language pack from the System Configuration tab, the .xls file for that language can be imported from this screen. The screen will then display all the available translations for various Labels and Messages. The translated language column can be clicked in and entries can be modified. This .xls import can also be used to update existing languages.

If more than one language pack has been added the ‘Language’ dropdown will present the list of options. The ‘Form’ dropdown list allows the selected screens’ translations to be viewed, rather than all translations. The “Jarrison Time” form refers to the main menu.
