20.1 User Groups

User Groups

User groups are created and then assigned to users. Each selected item in each tab indicates permission for the user to perform that particular action.

‘Select All’ - will automatically select all of the actions for the current tab, while the ‘Select All’ button on the Profile tab, will select all actions on all of tabs.

‘Deselect All’ - this button works in the same way as ‘Select All’ except it deselects all actions. On the Employees tab you can hide or show the tab for the operator by selecting or deselecting the tab name in the ‘View’ section.

The ‘Copy’ button will create a duplicate of the selected group.
